About: WA Young Salesians is a not-for-profit Christian youth organisation comprised of volunteers who organise activities throughout the year for the benefit of people in the community, in particular, youth.
The organisation follows the example of Don Bosco, an Italian priest, who in 1845 began his work with disadvantaged children, inspiring the creation of the religious order, Salesians of Don Bosco, which has continued the work of Don Bosco throughout the world to this day.
The Salesian Summer Camps have been running in WA since 1989.
